Fresh news about Cro Cop.
On May 22, 2007 Mirko was on Croatian TV channel NovaTV.
Most important news are:
-next fight will be on September 8th, 2007 in London (UK again).
-Mirko wanna UFC belt and after that he will go to retirement.
Mirko training every morning from 6:30AM to 9:00AM. He decide to punish himself because Manchester loss. Also he said that this year he will not go to summer vacation, he will training constantly.
It seams that now Mirko Cro Cop really decide that he want UFC belt. His next fight must be something special. Can't wait who will be his opponent (Arlovski, Vera ... who knows).

This is great news to hear that Mirco Cro-Cop is hungry for a belt. I started to lose faith in him not because of the recent loss, but because of all the talk of retirement while still having 4 fights left in his contract. I was afraid that Mirco had given up and lost the desire to fight. Everyone loses and his loss brought no shame. I am proud to be a fan of Mirco Cro-Cop and will be so for life! Good luck on your journey for the belt Mirco!
he will probably be put against a nobody just so he can have something under his belt so he will be able to advance. I hope he gets a belt, but u can bet he will be training extensively before his next fight. GO CRO COP!
It seems that Cro Cop loses only when he does not train hard. When he loses it appears to wake him up to the reality that anyone can get caught, especially if you do not take your opponent seriously. He is top five in the world on any given day. Cro Cop could beat anyone if he trains properly. The best example was the final night of the Pride open weight Grand Prix. He could have beaten anyone that night, Fedor Emelianenko included.
